Meet the Team
Jeanette Prenger
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jeanette leverages her expertise in quickly assessing situations, identifying issues, and developing innovative solutions to help businesses strengthen operations, revenue, profitability, and competitive advantages. She has put these skills into practice at DAVIS Consultin since she started the company in 1995.
Darren Prenger
President & Chief Operations Officer
Darren is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the organization, which includes full P&L responsibility. He oversees the marketing, sales, accounting and finance, customer support, human resources, and recruitment functions of the organization, and is also responsible for developing and implementing the company’s key growth initiatives.
Lauren Bascue
Vice President of Business Development
Lauren is responsible for leading, facilitating, and driving growth initiatives for the organization, with a primary emphasis on business development, service delivery, and production. She oversees and manages DAVIS Consultin's Sales and Recruiting teams to ensure customer satisfaction and expand reach nationwide.
Scott O'Hare
Senior Vice President, Technology Services
Scott is responsible for leading and growing DAVIS Consultin’s government contracting efforts and overseeing the organization’s active federal programs. Since starting in 2020, he has redesigned DAVIS Consultin’s federal growth engine and developed a repeatable Service Delivery Department.
Lindsey Murphy
Senior Director of Strategic Development
Lindsey is responsible for driving DAVIS Consultin’s Federal Business Development by building key relationships, pursuing competitive bid opportunities, and enhancing the company pipeline for continued growth. She also oversees DAVIS Consultin’s marketing efforts.
Karl Barron
Vice President of Finance
Karl oversees the Accounting & Finance and Payroll departments. He is responsible for maintaining financial controls and accounting policies, as well as producing all financial reporting for the organization, including budgeting, actuals, projections, and forecasts.
Kevin Prenger
Executive Vice President
Kevin started at DAVIS Consultin INC in 1997, where he fulfilled a variety of contract positions from programming to business analysis. In 2003 he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the company and handled operations and public sector business. Kevin now manages facilities operations and has acted as the project manager for the recent renovation of DAVIS Consultin INC's first floor.
